I have been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2004.  After getting bored with my local gym, a coworker suggested I try Bikram Yoga.  After one yoga class, I cancelled my gym membership and began practicing yoga every day.  I completed my teacher training two years later in the Fall of 2006. 

Bikram Yoga has carried me through many different seasons of life. Originally, it helped me to overcome an eating disorder and depression.  Bikram Yoga has always helped to keep me in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  Bikram Yoga supported me through two pregnancies and helped me to have healthy homebirths.  Today, as a busy homeschooling mom of two young children, Bikram Yoga provides an outlet and community for me outside of my home.  Practicing yoga provides me with mental clarity, which helps me to balance all of my daily responsibilities.  

When I’m not teaching or practicing Bikram Yoga, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, reading cookbooks, hiking, cooking/baking, watching movies, and camping.

I began my yoga journey in February of 2007. I knew from my very first Bikram Yoga class that this was it for me.  Suffering from major anxiety and panic attacks, it really seemed to help. I completed my teacher training in the Fall of 2007.

Let's face it. We all fall off the yoga train from time to time, but always find our way back in the door. The feeling after class is just undeniable.

I'm truly blessed to have a incredible husband whom I get to travel with and enjoy the outdoors.

I have been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2004.  I started practicing Bikram Yoga to heal my injuries from rowing and running.  I completed my teacher training in the Fall of 2015. After teacher training, I had the opportunity to teach at Bikram New Delhi for a few weeks.  

Bikram has changed my life! I have a very stressful job that requires patience and focus. Bikram yoga provides me with time to practice being at the highest point of stress and breathing through it without ever losing patience or focus.

When I’m not teaching or practicing yoga, I love to row, hike and run trails, and fly from a trapeze.

Kimi Lynn Glover

I have been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2011. My interest in yoga was highly influenced by dance and cheerleading, which I participated in throughout elementary and high school. Bikram Yoga came naturally to me because I have always been fairly flexible; I fell in love immediately.

Practicing Bikram regularly has helped immensely in the healing process of the many injuries that came with tumbling and cheerleading. I have not yet been able to experience Bikram Yoga Teacher Training but I hope to do so soon.

I love working the front desk at BYRS and being a part of the yoga family we have built. When I'm not at the studio working or practicing, I love to hike with my dog, go to concerts, and experiment in the kitchen with creative plant-based meals.
